Herewith we confirm that all information and documentation received from the client will be kept strictly confidential. We will treat confidentially the scope, content and conditions of our activity as well as any professional secrets or other details about projects which become known to us in the course of our activity and thereafter. The same is true for all results and documents produced in connection with the client’s project. Our employees, collaborators and suppliers will also be under the same secrecy obligation.

This obligation shall not apply to any information that is already in the public domain by use and/or publication at the time of its receipt from the client; or was already in our possession prior to receipt from the client; or is properly obtained by us from a third party which has a valid legal right to disclose such information to us and is not under a confidentiality obligation to the client.
